The header text refers to physical and technical concepts that have been overlooked by engineers ever since the days of James Watt. The causes of that simply were economics, driving developments in other directions. Also I, as an employed engineer before, was many times forced to choose a solution against my own judgement, but my boss insisted. Naturally, if you want to keep your job, you better think in the lines of your employer.

Today I am no longer employed, semi-retired and free to follow my own head. In present crisis times on energy and environment, some of my ideas could make a difference, if recognized by "the World" to develop them into commercial technology. Alas, it appears that things must become much worse before they can become better and that just might be 100 years too late ...

I more or less have "given up" on this world and am dreaming of other ones, where things could be done "right" from the beginning. Also for that we're running out of time, but one must think in positive lines to create something new, like on the moon?
